  • Olha

    Nutrition Specialist

    Olha is a dedicated nutrition specialist committed to promoting the health and well-being of our participants. With her solid medical foundation and specialized knowledge in nutrition, Olha is instrumental in guiding participants toward healthier dietary choices. Her expertise is essential for optimizing performance and supporting overall well-being.

    Olha provides expert nutritional advice, helping participants understand the impact of diet on physical performance and recovery. She designs personalized meal plans tailored to support both fitness goals and mental health, ensuring that everyone has the resources they need to succeed.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine (RQF/ CQFW Level 6)

    Certificate in Understanding Nutrition and Health

  • Pavlo

    Coach

    Pavlo is the driving force behind our boxing programs, ensuring every participant feels welcome and supported. With over ten years of experience in the sport, including three years as a coach, he has successfully guided numerous participants in developing their skills, discipline, and resilience. His coaching style emphasizes not only skill-building but also fostering a sense of belonging and self-confidence.

    He believes that boxing is a powerful tool for discovering inner strength and building meaningful connections within the community.

    Qualifications:

    Master’s Degree in Physical Culture and Sports (RQF/CQFW Level 7)

    Master of Sport in Boxing

  • Tomasz

    Mental Health and Community Support Lead

    Tomasz is a dedicated mental health and social work professional, focused on addressing the unique challenges faced by migrant communities, particularly Eastern Europeans in Worcestershire. With a background in both mental health advocacy and community support, Tomasz is committed to providing culturally sensitive services that bridge language barriers and emotional support gaps. His work includes leading initiatives aimed at improving access to mental health resources, offering counselling, and addressing social isolation. Through his efforts, he has helped numerous individuals regain their mental well-being, while fostering integration and empowerment in the broader community​​. He is also responsible for admin and procedures in our CIC, making sure we are always able to deliver the highest quality of services.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor in Accounting and Finance, PRINCE2 certified,

    Lvl4 counselling and psychotherapy

Outdoor Training:

Enjoy the fresh air and natural surroundings while participating in dynamic outdoor workouts. Our outdoor sessions are designed to boost your mood and foster a sense of community, combining elements of cardio, agility drills, and team-based activities.

Gym-Based Training:

Experience a variety of engaging workouts tailored to enhance strength, endurance, and overall fitness. Our gym sessions incorporate boxing techniques, strength training, and functional exercises, all while emphasizing teamwork and collaboration.
